How You Can Help

The Church of the Advocate's ability to serve children and youth and those in need is made possible by the generous financial assistance of our friends and supporters. We welcome your support to assist our efforts.

Financial Contributions/Pay Pal

Contributions enable the Advocate to continue the work of caring for children, feeding the hungry, and providing support for those in need. You can send your financial contributions to the Church of the Advocate, Development Office, 1801 West Diamond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. Contributions are tax deductible.

Ministries Support - Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to carry out all aspects of the Church of the Advocates work including preserving its history and carrying out its ministries. Volunteers can help by providing assistance on an ongoing, one-time or once in a while basis. Volunteers help prepare and serve food for the Soup Kitchen. Groups of volunteers can donate, prepare and serve food for holiday meals for the hungry. Families, congregations and other groups can work together on a project such as painting a room used by our youth program or serving meals on a special occasion. There are opportunities to work with children and youth including assisting in our after school and summer programs.
